RFM is a robust composite ceramic material with excellent mechanical strength. This material allows for thinner automatic pouring ladles compared to conventional refractory ladles. These ladles are highly wear-resistant and have excellent thermal insulation, possessing outstanding strength despite a material density of 1600 kg/m³. RFM automatic pouring ladles are finished with a BN coating agent in advance. This coating provides excellent non-wettability and enhances the performance of RFM automatic pouring ladles. In trials both domestically and internationally, we have achieved better results compared to existing cast iron ladles and refractory ladles, and they have been adopted by major manufacturers in Japan.
