[Rubber Front Case Study] Smooth Inbound and Outbound Operations

The effort required for non-automated press work has been dramatically reduced!

We will introduce a case study of our rubber sheet "Rubber Front" solving challenges. In the production process of decorative plywood, during the non-automated press work, the handling and retrieval processes were labor-intensive because the products did not slide smoothly. Therefore, we introduced "Rubber Front," which does not allow the adhesive that seeps out during pressing to stick and slides well. As a result, the resistance during the handling and retrieval of workpieces was significantly reduced due to the Teflon sheet on the surface of "Rubber Front," greatly easing the labor involved in the work. Additionally, there was no longer any concern about powder or other substances adhering to the press heat plates or cushions, allowing the cushions to be used for a longer period.
