TS150 RF Chuck When selecting the RF chuck, an auxiliary chuck for mounting the calibration board is also included. Up to 4 RF positioners can be mounted.

TS150 DC Positioner The TS150 manual prober can accommodate up to 10 DC positioners.

Air Bearing Mechanism The unique air bearing stage from MPI allows for easy one-handed XY positioning and loading of wafers. Additionally, by equipping it with XY/Θ micrometers, further fine adjustments (25x25mm) are made possible.
