The "iDS500" is a next-generation arc ion plating device equipped with a newly developed arc evaporation source utilizing magnetic field steering technology, and by enhancing the performance of each component, it enables low-cost, short-cycle coating processes. By housing the vacuum pump inside the cover, the installation environment's quietness is improved.
