Non-destructive testing of internal structures of cast steel products, etc. By using DRT, reports that were previously on film can now be done with data images!
Our company actively utilizes a method using DRT (Digital Radiography Technology) with IP (Imaging Plate) media, which replaces traditional film, to examine the internal structures and conditions of concrete structures, piping, cast steel products, and more. We can now provide imaging data as a replacement for film. One of the features of this machine (FUJIFILM Dynamix HR2) is that it allows inspection of objects with significant thickness differences in a single shot, thereby reducing inspection time. **Features of inspection using this machine (FUJIFILM Dynamix HR2):** - Analysis and measurement using dedicated software - Density correction is possible - Can inspect objects with significant thickness differences in a short time - Clear reporting through images *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
