The small clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter Caloriena R2 is a flow meter that can measure flow with high precision and temperature. It can measure fluid temperature non-contact from the outside of the pipe (error ±1℃). 【Features】 1. Easy installation It can be mounted on the pipe using a dedicated bracket with a single butterfly screw, or secured with the included Velcro strap. The sensor position can be adjusted simply by aligning it with the notch according to the guide. Zero calibration and adjustments are fully automated. Battery operation is possible. 2. Ultra-high resolution It can measure very small flow rates (flow velocities) that were previously unmeasurable. (Flow velocity resolution 0.001 m/sec at >200A, accuracy 0.6% RD at >0.5 m/sec) 3. Automatic pipe diameter detection function This is a convenient feature for customers who do not know the pipe specifications, making it useful for old pipes where the internal scale is unknown. 4. Minimum class sensor dimensions 5. Direct connection to a computer It can be directly connected to a computer via RS485 (MODBUS) or CF card. 6. Multiple sensor connections possible It allows for averaging measurements from two or three side lines of the same piping (improving measurement accuracy) and independent measurements from multiple channels with different pipe diameters. This can also lead to reduced installation costs.
