The new spiral-type countersink 'SpyroTec' significantly reduces cutting resistance during chamfering operations due to its newly developed cutting edge shape, resulting in a beautiful machined surface. The combination of three uniquely shaped convex cutting edges and the effect of the twist angle ensures stable machining without chatter. It achieves up to 60% reduction in thrust resistance and up to 50% reduction in cutting torque. It is also convenient to use with hand drills.
