Can also be used as a touch sensor! Measurement of drinking behavior in rats and mice.
The "DCTS-10 Series" is a 2-channel current-type lick/touch sensor that detects weak currents flowing through the body via licking or touch actions. This product uses a mobile battery for power, allowing for continuous use of over 300 hours (at 50% duty cycle). Additionally, the output is optically isolated from computers and other devices, making it less prone to malfunction due to noise. 【Features】 ■ The current flowing through the body is below 0.5μA, whether instantaneous or in a steady state. ■ Two models: high-sensitivity operation at 0.05μA (equivalent to 170MΩ) (DCTS-10H) and standard operation at 0.15μA (equivalent to 40MΩ) (DCTS-10H). ■ Leakage current cancellation due to insulation failure. ■ Strong against noise with mobile battery power and optical isolation output. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
