German Spinner Company Contactless Rotary Joint Achieves DC transmission of rotating bodies using proprietary technology in a non-contact manner.
In conventional slip rings with physical contact, issues related to rotation speed and lifespan arise. At Spinner GmbH, we have achieved reliable data and DC transmission for rotating bodies using a non-contact method based on electromagnetic induction technology. - Maintenance-free and long lifespan (over 200 million rotations) - Capable of high-speed rotation - High-efficiency transmission - DC transmission: 100W@24VDC, 300W@24VDC compatible - 300W product with a hollow diameter of 32mm - Other specifications can be customized - Compliant with EMC Directive 2004/108/EC, DIN EN 55022, 61000-4 *We can also provide hybrid types of rotating products that combine data, DC, optical, RF, etc., according to your requirements.
