As the valve is used, the switching valve and surrounding components wear down due to friction, eventually leading to liquid leakage. Our piston filling machine uses a relatively inexpensive Teflon resin (PTFE) consumable that is in contact with the spherical switching valve. When liquid leakage occurs, simply replacing this resin consumable restores the valve's functionality. Therefore, our piston filling machine can be operated at a lower running cost compared to other companies' filling machines.
