The weight of waste after drying is reduced to 1/10! By using biomass fuel as the heat source for drying, fuel costs are significantly reduced!
To achieve efficiency as a biomass fuel, it is necessary to reduce the moisture content (drying) of wet biomass fuels such as feces and urine. The biomass dryer, the biomass drying kiln "WABE D Series," is a drying device aimed at the removal of inorganic sludge, organic sludge, and oil, as well as the volume reduction of other industrial waste. Organic waste such as food residues can be continuously dried and reused. By using biomass fuel as the heat source for drying, fossil fuel costs are minimized, resulting in significant reductions in fuel costs (only about 30 minutes during ignition). Additionally, even raw materials that cannot be used as biomass fuel due to high moisture content can be dried to increase their calorific value, allowing them to be used as biomass fuel. 【Features】 ■ Fueling of waste ■ Significant reduction in fuel costs ■ Easy operation with automatic control ■ Inexpensive odor control *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 - Continuous feeding of raw materials allows for continuous drying in about 15 minutes until discharge. - Odors can be addressed by using them as combustion air for the biomass burner, enabling odor control through high-temperature combustion. - Even with unstable moisture content in the raw materials, stable dried products can be produced through automatic control. - The drying condition can be controlled for moisture content through simple settings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
