This is information on what you need to provide when requesting production and translation services for exhibition displays and handouts.
■Please provide as many details as possible within the scope of what can be disclosed. - Name of the exhibition and duration - Consultation details (production content, translation languages, etc.) - Original data of the materials to be provided (if not available, we will start from selection) - Project proposal (if not available, we will start from creating a project proposal) ■Please provide as many details as possible within the scope of what can be disclosed. If there is information that is confidential (such as unreleased products), please indicate which parts are confidential. We will proceed with an appropriate structure in response to that. ■We also accept the selection of photo materials and illustration materials. If you are having trouble selecting materials, please consult with us. Regarding "material procurement," we will select the materials and after your approval, you will procure them under your name. *If we procure the materials, the licenses may be under our name, so we ask you to procure (purchase) them. ■Please provide product photos and other materials in as high resolution and clarity as possible. Product photos are very important, so please provide those taken by professionals whenever possible. After approval, the foreign language version will be created. If the Japanese version is already completed, please send the DTP source data of the Japanese version. ■If you encounter issues sending the email with the attachment, we would appreciate it if you could use a file transfer service to send it. *Please ensure to compress it using zip or lzh and set a password. *For security reasons, please inform us of the password through a separate email or method. *Our company has discontinued the operation of its proprietary file transfer system.
