High-precision flow meter "MODEL P Series (non-explosion-proof type)"

Low pressure loss and high precision across a wide measurement range! A flow meter that enables smooth and stable measurements.

The "MODEL P Series (Non-Explosion Proof Specification)" is a high-precision flow meter of the 4-radial piston type that can measure from micro flow rates to full range with low pressure loss and smooth, stable measurements. The clearance between the cylinder and piston, which determines measurement accuracy, is maintained at 5 to 7 microns, allowing for high-precision flow measurement in micro flow ranges of various low-viscosity fuels and solvents by maintaining the absolute minimum leak amount (within allowable error). Additionally, it is designed to accommodate various operating conditions (measuring fluids from low to high viscosity, measuring flow rates from low to high pressure) and to maintain performance over the long term. 【Features】 ■ Flow Detection Section - Pressure Resistance: 21MPa (standard) - Capable of measuring fluids from low to high viscosity (operating fluid viscosity: 0.5 to 1000 cps) ■ Transmitter Section - High-precision measurement through 16-point linearization (accuracy: reading ±0.2% or less) - High resolution / fast response pulse output - Clean output pulse waveform without noise due to a unique signal correction algorithm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
