At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we use NC lathes to manufacture washers to your desired dimensions. *Due to the simple shape, we may also process them with general-purpose lathes depending on machine utilization. =Helpful Information= Oiles (polyacetal resin) contains lubricating oil and special fillers within the polyacetal resin, making it difficult to meet tolerances, warping, and distortion; however, it has excellent machinability. General-purpose lathe processing (Mori Seiki) is used for simple lathe-processed items, finishing processes, and chamfering of processed items that do not require programming. Our company checks the received drawings with a check mark and records the actual measurements for areas with tolerances. We flexibly accommodate payment terms for companies, direct shipping, as well as processing of products without physical samples or 3D CAD data.
