Therefore, we address the easily burr-prone RC (PT) threaded areas with helical processing. Typically, using taps for processing can help reduce the amount of burrs produced. Additionally, MC nylon (monomer cast nylon) is commonly used in areas where mechanical strength (impact resistance) is required, and the material itself is readily available, making it versatile for use.
