[Case Study] Radar-type Microwave Level Gauge for Liquid Level (Foam Countermeasure) Measurement

Even when a large amount of foam is generated during liquid level measurement in the tank, measurement is possible! Stable measurement is achieved using a guide pipe.

We would like to introduce a case study of the radar-type microwave level gauge handled by Matsushima Majatech. There was a problem of false detection due to the influence of bubbles when detecting the liquid level in the container. To address this, we installed a "guide pipe" and introduced our product. Even when bubbles occur at the liquid surface, they do not enter the pipe, allowing for measurement of only the liquid level. 【Case Study】 ■Challenge - False detection occurs due to the influence of bubbles when detecting the liquid level in the container. ■Product Introduced - Radar-type microwave level gauge 'MWLM-PR26H2F' + "Guide Pipe" ■Effect - Even when bubbles occur at the liquid surface, they do not enter the pipe, allowing for measurement of only the liquid level. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
