No auxiliary materials needed! Joining of dissimilar materials such as high corrosion-resistant plated steel sheets is possible! TOX joining.

Compared to spot welding, there is a proven cost reduction of up to 60%! *Sample demo conducted.

"TOX Joining" (R) is a simple joining technology that does not require auxiliary materials or the application of heat. Since it is a cold joining method that does not apply heat, it allows for joints that are less prone to peeling of coatings and deformation. Therefore, there is no welding burn associated with welding, and unlike spot welding, there is no spatter or fumes generated. Additionally, since it does not use auxiliary materials like rivets, it enables cost and labor reduction. Due to its efficiency and reliability, this technology is used in a wide range of industries, including automotive and automotive parts, home appliances, and housing and housing equipment. [Advantages] ■ 30-60% cost reduction compared to spot welding ■ Joining diameter ranges from 1 mm to 26 mm ■ High dynamic (fatigue) strength ■ High corrosion resistance ■ High conductivity ■ Monitoring system At TOX, we offer proposals from equipment supply to line integration. We also have overseas bases, allowing us to respond flexibly to international projects! *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
