Achieves excellent workability with direct wiring that does not require crimping. Compatible with thick wires up to 200mm² (CV).
The "High Current Terminal Block POWER CAGE CLAMP (Series 285)" is a terminal block that accommodates thick wires up to 200mm² (such as CV wires). Its spring-type design allows for wiring without crimp terminals, making it easy to install, and it is resistant to vibration and does not loosen, eliminating the need for re-tightening work. It is widely used in fields where reliability is required, such as machine tools, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and railway infrastructure. This product also complies with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Guidelines for Electrical Equipment Construction Management." (NECA C 2811 / JIS C 2811 / IEC 60947-7-1) *At the JECA FAIR 2019, the 67th Electrical Industry Exhibition, it received the Chairman's Award from the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Center, a local independent administrative agency. 【Features】 ■ Available in rail mount type and screw-fixed flange type ■ Four types are lined up to match wire sizes (rail mount type) ■ No crimp terminals required... improves work efficiency ■ Wiring does not loosen... no need for re-tightening work and reduces annual inspection labor ■ No torque management required... improves construction quality
