This is a compact antenna for UHF band RFID reading. Being a small antenna, it is easy to integrate into production lines and similar environments. It can read RF tags attached to products, allowing for identification of each product in conjunction with a PLC (sequencer) to control conveyors, among other uses. It is ideal for situations where the position of RF tags is fixed, such as in logistics, due to its linear polarized design. We provide a diverse range of products, including high-gain planar antennas with world-class performance, sheet antennas with a thickness of just 1.8mm, and reader/writers compliant with Japanese laws, supporting various situations. ◆What RFID Can Do - Tasks that previously required individual visual confirmation can now be performed efficiently. - It enables real-time visualization of production processes, which is expected to shorten work time and improve operational efficiency. ◆Difference from Barcodes While barcodes require scanning each item individually (over a distance of several tens of centimeters), RFID can read the information from multiple RF tags within the range of radio waves (several meters) all at once, significantly reducing the workload.
