Are you counting products with barcodes or by hand? With a UHF band RFID system, you can instantly read tags non-contact and manage inventory in and out!

We would like to introduce a case where the use of our "UHF Band RFID System" has made the process of receiving and shipping inspection more efficient. 【Challenges】 - Products are counted one by one using barcodes or manually. → Human errors such as omissions occur. → Each product for inbound and outbound must be counted individually, leading to counting mistakes. → It takes time to record who, when, and what was received or shipped. 【Improvement Method】 - Attach RF tags to products and personnel. - Install UHF band RFID gate antennas (with reader/writer) at entry and exit points. 【Expected Effects】 ■ By simply passing unopened cardboard through the gate, the contents can be read instantly in bulk, leading to labor savings. ■ Usable in production factories, logistics warehouses, retail stores, etc. It is also expected to achieve labor savings in inspection tasks and inventory management, as well as traceability. ■ Proposed Models - UHF Band RFID Gate Antenna "RDG5" - UHF Band Large RFID Gate Antenna "RDG6" [Forklift compatible] These can also be used for access control and inventory management. *For detailed information about the products, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information

◆What is UHF Band RFID? → It is an automatic identification technology that can read and rewrite information from RF tags attached to products, non-contact and instantly, in large quantities. Since it uses radio waves, reading can be performed even if the tags are not visible. ◆Features of Maspro's UHF Band RFID Maspro offers a variety of antennas and reader/writers that utilize high-frequency technology developed over many years. We provide a diverse range of products, including high-gain flat antennas with world-class performance, sheet antennas with a minimum thickness of 1.8mm, and reader/writers compliant with Japanese laws, supporting various situations. ◆What RFID Can Do - Tasks that were previously verified one by one by human eyes can now be performed efficiently. - It enables real-time visualization of production processes, which is expected to shorten work time and improve operational efficiency. ◆Differences from Barcodes While barcodes are scanned and read one by one (over a distance of several tens of centimeters), RFID can read the information from multiple RF tags within the range of radio waves (several meters) all at once, significantly reducing the workload.
