It is a primer for surface treatment during aluminum painting and bonding!
"FW180701" is a primer for aluminum that eliminates the need for chemical treatment, which has been considered a standard in aluminum surface treatment until now. Unlike wash (etching) primers or epoxy primers, it does not require specific conditions for the substrate. It can be easily applied by spraying onto surfaces that have been filled with putty or in a raw aluminum state. Repainting is also possible on surfaces with scratches using the same procedure. 【Features】 ■ Eliminates the need for membrane treatment using strong chemicals represented by traditional chemical treatments, thus eliminating the need for specialized equipment and advanced waste disposal. ■ Achieves cost reduction and reduced environmental impact. ■ Capable of handling a wide variety of colors and designs in small lots. ■ No need to be concerned about the timing of treatment as with chemical treatments. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Rust Prevention Effect】 ■ The aluminum primer FW180701 has rust prevention effects to prevent oxidation of aluminum surfaces. ■ In the neutral salt spray test (spraying a 5% sodium chloride solution at 35°C) specified in JIS Z2371 "Salt Spray Test Method," no rust was observed after 72 hours. ■ While it varies significantly depending on the usage environment, we believe that the actual rust prevention effect lasts for about 3 years in practical use. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
