We will consider the installation method to enable the use of the through type and prevent malfunctions.
We will introduce the points of VA/VE in the design of food-saving machinery. Malfunctions of photoelectric sensors can lead to abnormal movements or failures of the machinery. While reflective types are often used due to their simpler equipment configuration, they can be prone to malfunctions caused by factors such as the color of the workpiece or water droplets on its surface. Therefore, it is suggested to consider installation methods that allow for the use of transmissive types. Additionally, using mirror-reflective photoelectric sensors can also be effective. This can help prevent malfunctions of the photoelectric sensors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
