IP45 acquired! It works outdoors and in dusty areas! This is a drain discharge valve for outdoor use.
This is a valve that can be easily installed with just one power source and can control fluids by automatically opening and closing at regular intervals through timer control. The setting range for opening and closing can be adjusted from "seconds" to "6 hours," allowing for flexible adaptation to various applications. Compared to traditional float-type valves, it uses a "ball valve," which reduces clogging and discharge issues. It is waterproof and dustproof, having obtained IP45 certification. 【Model】 AC100V Specification AC200V Specification 【Specifications】 Pipe connection diameter: 15A, 20A, 25A Fluid used: Water, air, drain Operating pressure: Up to 20MPa 【Specifications】 Pipe connection diameter: 32A, 40A, 50A Fluid used: Water, air, drain Operating pressure: Up to 10MPa

Company information
【Company Overview】 Established in 1987, the company primarily manufactures and sells automatic drainage systems. We have delivered a total of 5,000 units to customers including Nippon Steel, JFE, Kobe Steel, and Ube Industries. Our drain timer valve (automatic drainage system), which prevents air loss in factories, was selected and awarded the Eco Premium of Kitakyushu City for the fiscal year 2022, contributing to the realization of carbon neutrality and a decarbonized society. We have a track record of exports to Indonesia and Malaysia, and in recent years, we have focused on expanding overseas, delivering to Taiwan and India. 【Drain Timer Valve】 Air compressors used in factories for power and various applications generate high-pressure air using electricity, which serves as the power source for air-driven machinery. Our drain timer valve is a product that utilizes a timer to intermittently discharge water (wastewater referred to as drain) that inevitably accumulates during the generation of high-pressure air, in accordance with the amount produced. By introducing this product, wastewater can be efficiently discharged, reducing the need for manual labor. Facilities that require continuous discharge can also contribute to energy savings through reduced air loss, ultimately leading to a decrease in the power consumption of compressors due to air loss, and thus contributing to CO2 reduction and energy conservation.
