It is possible to spray oil onto gears with vertical tooth surfaces. Here are examples of the use of a metering device.
We would like to introduce "Remote Oil Spraying." By using the quantitative coating supply equipment that our company handles, oil can be sprayed horizontally. This allows for lubrication of press molds and gears with vertical tooth surfaces. The spraying distance may vary depending on the viscosity of the oil, the amount, and the supply air pressure, so please consult us. [Examples of Applications] ■ Lubrication of press molds ■ Lubrication of gears *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
