Construction technology certification acquisition method! No need for mortar mixing or installation of injection holes on site!
The "RMA Method" is a shear reinforcement method that allows for reinforcement without encroaching on the inner cross-section of continuous walls. It employs capsules containing premixed mortar as a bonding agent. This method enables construction using impact on long or thick reinforcement bars, making it a post-construction technique. Since there is no need for mortar mixing or the installation of injection holes on-site, special management is unnecessary. Reinforcement is carried out only for the insufficient shear strength, allowing for a transition from shear failure to bending failure. 【Features】 ■ Drilling can be done with a small diameter and only once ■ No mixing on-site, maintaining consistent quality ■ Simple product composition and construction method, reducing construction time ■ Minimal interference with existing structural reinforcement, allowing for reduced re-drilling ■ A method that does not use large or specialized machinery, saving space *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
It is used for seismic reinforcement of civil engineering structures such as water and sewage facilities, sluices, bridge abutments, box culverts, and weirs. ■ The use of RMA for reinforcement improves shear strength. 【Five Assurances of RMA Method】 ■ Environmental Friendliness ■ Safety ■ Non-combustibility ■ Workability ■ Cost-effectiveness - RMA stands for Reinforcement by Mortar Anchor, which refers to shear reinforcement rebar that performs post-installed shear reinforcement, along with the capsule-type inorganic mortar used to anchor it. - A capsule containing premixed mortar is used as the anchoring material. - The RMA is immersed in water for 2 to 5 minutes before being inserted into the hole, and the reinforcement rebar is driven to the specified dimensions using a hammer drill or chipper to complete the installation. - It has received construction technology certification from the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Civil Engineering Research Center (Certification No. 1203). *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
As a pioneer in post-installed anchors in Japan, KFC was established in 1965. We respond to customer needs with a consistent system from product development to sales and construction. Our business activities are centered around three main areas: construction fastening materials such as post-installed anchors, materials for tunnel excavation like rock bolts and auxiliary methods, and various construction works related to seismic reinforcement, safety measures, equipment, and refreshment.
