Easy removal of oil and tire marks! Here are examples of projects using solvent-free UV coating.
Here is a case study of applying "solvent-free UV coating" at an automotive parts manufacturer. The aisles are heavily soiled due to tire marks and oil stains from the lifts running through them, so they are cleaned daily with an automatic cleaning machine, but they do not become clean. Therefore, we applied "solvent-free UV coating." Tire marks and oil stains can be easily removed, and the area becomes clean in a short time. Since it can be restored to its original cleanliness with just cleaning, there is no need for repainting. This significantly reduces both labor and costs. 【Case Study】 ■ Issues - The aisles are heavily soiled with tire marks and oil stains from the lifts. - Daily cleaning with an automatic cleaning machine does not yield results. - Painting by all employees incurs considerable labor and costs. ■ Benefits of Implementation - Easy removal of oil and tire marks. - Long-lasting gloss. - Reduction in floor repainting costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
