At Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., we can handle everything from rubber curing processing to processing rubber from metal. In the case of curing processing, it takes time for delivery. We cannot accommodate short delivery times. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, there are various shapes of chuck jaws depending on the design, but we can get as close as possible to your requirements through machining. Due to the nature of rubber, tolerances cannot be guaranteed. For simple plate processing (sheet material) using general-purpose milling (Makino), we process it with general-purpose machines that do not require the effort of creating a program. The "inspection method" involves checking the received drawings with a check mark, and for areas with tolerances, we will record the actual measured values. The world of rubber materials differs from metal, mainly resulting in ambiguous dimensional tolerances in the tolerance areas, leading to a temperature difference with manufacturers handling metal processed products.
