Top-quality that has cleared various permits and demonstration tests! Outstanding 'safety' as it does not loosen. Reduces the hassle of regular inspections and re-tightening work. *Video available.
If you look around you, screws are used in various situations. Even when they are tightly fastened, loosening inevitably occurs due to aging, vibrations, or impacts after fastening, so maintenance is essential. The "Unrivaled" from CAMZ is a standard accessory for our "Super Dima Solar Mounting System." It features wedge-shaped processing on the bolts, nuts, and washers, allowing rotation in the tightening direction. However, once the wedge surfaces mesh together, they are securely fixed, preventing rotation in the loosening direction. Despite its functionality, no special tools are required for tightening; regular tools will suffice (a dedicated socket is needed for removal). It is effective in various scenes where you want to consider loosening, safety, and theft prevention, such as on towers, playground equipment, and outdoor structures. *Powerful fastening strength has been confirmed in both the Junker vibration test and NAS3350 vibration test! 【Features】 - Wedge-shaped processing makes it resistant to loosening due to vibrations - Standard equipment for CAMZ's "Super Dima Solar Mounting System" - World patent and quality certified - Certified by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (NETIS) - Fastening strength has been proven in Junker vibration tests and NAS3350 vibration tests.
