Measurement Method 1) Set the ON/TUNE switch to BAT (battery check position) to check the battery level. 2) Select the SENSITIVITY switch to HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW according to the geology. 3) Slowly swing the tip antenna left and right along the ground. If it reacts to metal, a buzzer warning sound will sound and the meter will move.
