[Case Study] Heat Stress Measures in a Cleaning Factory

Exhaust heat with an induction fan for heat and steam! Introducing case studies of induction fan implementation.

We would like to introduce a case study on heat mitigation measures in a cleaning factory, where heat and steam were expelled using an induction fan. In the cleaning factory, a large amount of heat and steam is generated, causing these heat sources to accumulate within the facility. We received inquiries about improving the air conditioning environment due to high temperatures and humidity levels with the existing ventilation equipment. An induction fan was installed for heat exhaust and ventilation promotion, along with a pressure fan for intake and exhaust. Compared to before the measures were implemented, the temperature decreased by 7°C and humidity dropped by 20%.
