Adsorbs fine iron powder mixed in liquids! Compatible with insulation lines using a jacket-style casing. Can handle liquids up to 200°C. Yet, maintenance is easy!
The "Jacket-Type Magnetic Filter" is a product that can remove fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder mixed in liquids with a magnetic force of up to 12,000 gauss. The exterior is designed with a jacket structure that allows steam or hot water to pass through, keeping the interior insulated and preventing the liquid from cooling down. It has a proven track record of being widely used in chocolate manufacturing lines! It adopts a "step nozzle inlet and outlet method" that increases the probability of contact with the magnet, and its shape allows for easy cleaning, reducing the maintenance burden. It is also capable of handling slurry-like substances. **Features** - Suitable for manufacturing lines that require insulation - Improved liquid contact efficiency with the "step nozzle inlet and outlet method" - Proven results in chocolate and epoxy resin manufacturing lines - Capable of handling liquids at temperatures up to 200°C *For more details, please refer to the materials.
