We would like to introduce a case study of laser processing proposed by Workstation Inc. In laser peeling processing for surface treatment layers, there were several issues with products of complex shapes. Therefore, we adopted our uniquely developed "3D laser processing machine with stage movement functionality." By moving the stage in the X, Y, Z, and θ directions and keeping the laser irradiation angle within a certain range, we solved the problems. 【Case Study】 ■Issues - When the irradiation angle becomes obtuse, the precision of the laser irradiation position deteriorates, and it becomes impossible to provide the appropriate amount of energy to the processing surface, resulting in unstable finishing. - In products with complex shapes, conventional laser processing machines have limited processing ranges, narrowing the design possibilities. ■Proposal - Use our uniquely developed 3D laser processing machine with stage movement functionality. - Move the stage in the X, Y, Z, and θ directions to maintain the laser irradiation angle within a certain range. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
