Super spindle painting system / Automated and unmanned operation in a clean room

Shut out items that can cause waste defects, such as outer boxes and packs, before painting. Pattern painting like leather tones can also be processed at once!

In our company, we introduced a super spindle painting line in 2007. We mainly paint exterior parts for interchangeable lenses for digital single-lens reflex cameras. The painting is done with two super spindle painting robots, capable of processing patterned coatings such as leather tones simultaneously. (The painting area is a clean room with a class 100,000 standard) 【Painting Process】 ■ The workpieces to be painted are set on a dedicated cart within a clean bench and transported into the clean room (items like outer boxes and packs that could cause contamination are shut out). ■ Fine dust remaining on the surface is removed using brushes and ionizing guns. ■ The workpieces pass through an automatic dust removal and ionizing device and are automatically transported to the painting room in a dust-free state. ■ Painting is done with two super spindle painting robots. ■ In the main drying oven, they are baked and dried at specified temperatures and times, followed by an appearance check by dedicated inspectors. ■ Silk screen printing and pad printing & drying. ■ After passing the printing inspection, the process is complete. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
