【Work Content and Equipment】 ■ Welding: Defect repair, buildup, and welding of preheat-required items using TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding, and arc welding. ■ Grinding: Free-form shaping, dimensional adjustment, surface roughness adjustment using hand grinders, and shaping with gauges. ■ Cutting: Oxygen arc cutting, cutting with propane-oxygen burners, and shaping through gouging. ■ Inspection: Dimensional inspection, centering, visual inspection, and non-destructive testing (MT2, PT2, UT2 available). ■ Heat Treatment: Approximately 2000×3000 cart-type heat treatment furnace, 1600×2000 cart-type preheating furnace, and others. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.
