The 『ACNV3130-000E』 is a phototransistor optocoupler for driving IGBTs, consisting of an LED utilizing AlGaAs technology and an integrated circuit that optically couples to it. It features an output stage capable of achieving a maximum peak output current of 2.5A, allowing it to drive IGBTs with a maximum rating of 1700V/100A.
