We would like to introduce a case study of the exterior wall painting renovation work for the headquarters of Sanko Kasei Co., Ltd. in Ichinoseki City. The long-standing issue was persistent rain leaks. Therefore, we painted with "Refine," which has ultra-low pollution properties, heat insulation, and high durability. Additionally, after investigating the cause of the rain leaks using a thermal imaging camera, we also carried out waterproofing work on the canopy.
