The ACNW3430 is a gate drive optocoupler that incorporates an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. It features noise immunity of 100kV/μs, preventing false triggering in noisy industrial environments. With its output voltage and high peak output current, it is ideal for direct driving of IGBTs.
