The "AOS Non-Silicone Thermal Grease" is silicone-free, which means it does not produce low molecular siloxanes. Additionally, it is manufactured using halogen-free raw materials. We offer products with high-temperature resistance (up to 275°C) and low-temperature resistance (down to -55°C), demonstrating excellent resistance to temperature cycling tests. Furthermore, we have a lineup of products with high thermal conductivity (7.4 W/mK) and low thermal resistance (0.0310°C/W).
