We will clearly showcase what you want to see! - Formic acid, hydrogen, vacuum, JIS test compliant.
The high-temperature observation device "SMT Scope" has contributed to the research and development of reliable materials, components, and mounting technologies through "in-situ observation" at high temperatures for many years. We are accepting requests for heating observations of samples in our demo room. We will assist you in solving problems with various atmospheric heating using the SMT Scope. Please also consult us about your planned processes after the heating observation. We can accommodate all your requests, including reliability evaluations and investigations/analyses of defects, through our network. 【Features】 ■ Precise and reproducible temperature control ■ Stable high-magnification observation ■ Diverse atmospheric heating: formic acid, vacuum ■ Compliance with JIS standard testing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
