A cleaning agent for injection molding machines with a new material formulation that excels in foreign matter removal and significantly contributes to the improvement of foreign matter defects! It is a high-cleaning type purge agent for molding machines. [Video available]
"ecomaru" is a high-cleaning type cleaning agent (purging agent) for molding machines, which excels in black spot removal power by incorporating ultra-fine glass short fibers, "glass wool," for the first time in the world, contributing to the improvement of foreign matter defects. Glass wool has a short fiber length and a fine, soft fiber diameter, resulting in an overwhelming specific surface area. Its physical effect of scraping off unwanted materials generates high cleaning performance and reduces foreign matter defects. 【Features of ecomaru (purging agent)】 ■ Reduction and improvement of black spot defect rates (removal of foreign matter) ■ Allows color change and resin change with a small amount ■ Improved purging agent removal specific to high-cleaning types ■ Contributes to total cost reduction ■ Reduces the hassle of decomposition cleaning For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
