This is an introduction to a case where a custom product, "SUS304 Spouted Chemical Beaker 30L 330φ×350H," was manufactured for a food factory. The factory had issues such as "the contents spill while being moved on a cart" and "other companies said they couldn't accommodate a custom request because spouted designs are difficult." Therefore, we manually crafted the spout and utilized our own bottom type with a diameter of 330φ. A simple modification was made to the underside of the lid to allow for the removal of the gasket.
