Presentation of explanatory materials on "waist reinforcement" that gives toughness to industrial blade steel discs!
This explains the essential "waist adjustment" during the processing of board materials with circular saws and chip saws. It is provided by Tokai Heat Treatment, which adjusts the waist value with machinery to achieve stable quality.
Industrial blades (circular saws and chip saws) are affected by "centrifugal force" and "frictional heat" during use, causing the edges of the blades to expand and resulting in the entire "industrial blade" becoming warped, leading to "bending." To prevent this, the center part is pre-stressed with a hammer to elongate it. This elongation process is called "koshii-re." ★ We are currently offering explanatory materials on "koshii-re"! ★ Tokai Heat Treatment, which specializes in heat treatment processing of materials for industrial blades, has recently produced explanatory materials regarding "koshii-re." [Contents of the materials] - The effects of heat generated in industrial blades - The necessity of "koshii-re" - Introduction to our company *These materials are currently available for download from our company website. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please request "About Koshii-re" from the yellow tab on the right side of the homepage labeled "Download Materials and Catalogs."
