Align the Omega metal brace end fittings at each corner of the wall with the connection points between the columns and horizontal members, and secure them with 5 specialized corner bit screws TB-101 on the column side and 5 on the horizontal member side. 2. Measure the center-to-center dimensions of the bolt holes in the end fittings. 3. Assemble the brace set into one steel brace and adjust the length (2 pieces). 4. Place cushioning material at the center of one of the braces to reduce metallic noise at the brace intersection. 5. Align the bolt holes of the brace with the bolt holes of the end fittings, and after tightening the hex bolts by hand with nuts through washers, tighten them with tools (2 pieces). 6.
