We would like to introduce a case study of the Chiyo Matsubike Parking Lot in front of Kamoi Station. Before the introduction, there were two vacant houses in a prime location within a one-minute walk from the station, which had become overgrown with weeds and turned into a garbage house. We proposed to the landowner the effective use of the land by developing a bicycle parking lot. Subsequently, a new bicycle parking lot was opened at Kamoi Station, which had been lacking in parking facilities.
