The "LCL-300" is a sodium hypochlorite analyzer capable of analyzing residual alkalinity and NaCl. The effective chlorine concentration of sodium hypochlorite is determined by adding potassium iodide to the sample to release iodine, which is then titrated with sodium thiosulfate. NaOH is quantified using a neutralization titration method, while NaCl is quantified using a potentiometric titration method.
