basic information
The precision of wedge wire screens has become feasible for manufacturing in the filter domain. Unlike conventional disposable filters, these can be reused, reducing running costs and maintenance frequency. While conventional products had a limit of solid-liquid separation at 100 microns, advancements in fine wedge technology and pressure injection methods have made it possible to reduce the limit to 20 microns. They can be used in various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronic materials, environment, and textiles for applications like recovering fine solids from liquids, removing foreign substances, concentrating, and classifying.

Company information
Since its founding in 1954, Toyo Screen Manufacturing has been a screen manufacturer contributing to industrial development as an "expert in separation and classification." Always adapting to the changes of the times, we provide screens that meet our customers' needs, including woven wire mesh, perforated plates, and urethane screens for the steel and crushing industries as part of our operational technology. During the period of rapid economic growth, when environmental pollution became serious, we developed and sold wedge wire screens and solid-liquid separation devices as core businesses for the water treatment sector. In response to the high quality demands in the production processes of various modern industries, we have successfully established the technology for fine wedge filters with a world-leading minimum size of 5 microns. We are always thinking about the future that our screens and filters will help realize in daily solutions.
