In the surface mount A line, we have established a reliable quality assurance system with high-speed mounting machines such as the "M20" and "MV2F," as well as inspection machines like the printing inspection machine "KY8030-3M" and the appearance inspection machine "U22FDL-350L" before the reflow oven. In the inspection process, we use image inspection machines "U22F-DL-350L" and "U22XML-650" for inspections. The company name Mio stands for the initials of "M: Moriyama," "i: Ito," and "o: Owada." Fifteen years ago, the company M, where i and o (the current executives) worked, went bankrupt. Mio was established with the investment of 50 employees from the bankrupt company. It took over a year to get on track starting from zero work. In the third year after its establishment, there was the Lehman Shock, which occurs once every hundred years, and three years later, there was a major earthquake that happens once every thousand years.
