Physically prevent bolt loosening. Reduce work time and suppress variation. No impact from the use of lubricants.
The "Nord-Lock Washer" is a unique product that prevents bolt loosening "physically" by utilizing axial force rather than friction. High fastening axial force has been demonstrated through the Junker vibration test, and it is not affected by the use of lubricants or loss of axial force due to heat or settling. It can be easily fastened, leading to reduced work time, and it also suppresses variations in work quality. Since re-tightening is unnecessary, it contributes to simplifying maintenance. Its high quality and safety have been recognized, and it has been registered in the database "NETIS" (New Technology Information Sharing System) operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. (Registration number: KKK-190002-A) 【Features】 ■ Easy to fasten and remove, allowing for reduced work time without increasing labor hours ■ Reusable, enabling cost reduction (the limit on reuse is determined by axial force) ■ Fastening force has been verified through the Junker vibration test in accordance with DIN65151

basic information
The Yunker vibration test is a test that applies shear-direction vibrations to bolted joints, which are prone to loosening. The axial force of the joint can be objectively measured using a load cell, and it is sometimes referred to as "the most severe vibration test in the world."
