Tungsten is a sintered metal, a high-cost product that is produced by sintering powder materials at high temperatures and then forging to finish. It is a hard metal that is difficult to bend, presenting challenges in terms of cost and workability. To address this issue, we decided to manufacture resin tungsten by mixing tungsten with materials such as resin and rubber, rather than using metallic tungsten through the sintering method. Depending on the required specifications, we can change the size of the tungsten powder, the composition of the resin material, and the methods of mixing and kneading.
