Suppress "wobble" with moderate rebound force! Widely used as springs for spacers! For in-vehicle cameras and audio equipment.
The "wave washer" is a thin plate with waves formed in a ring shape. It is also referred to as "wave washer." It is effective as a cushioning element in small spaces because it averages axial loads (thrust loads) around the circumference in response to static loads or small movements. Made from spring steel, it is a thin washer that has been bent into multiple wave shapes. Its applications include preventing loosening of screws, eliminating play between components, and serving as a spring for spacers that maintain space along the same axis. 【Features】 ■ Widely used as a spring for spacers ■ Effective for cushioning in small spaces *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. We also have a page for load calculations for wave washers on our website, which can be useful for your designs.

Company information
We will bring to life the idea of 'Can you make a spring like this?' 'Thin plate springs' are not often visible in everyday life, but they are incorporated into various products, playing a crucial role as 'precision components' from within. 'Cars,' 'computers,' 'DVD players,' 'water heaters,' and many other precision machines do not exclude the use of 'thin plate springs.' At Tokuhatsu Sankyo Seisakusho, we shape our customers' ideas of 'Can you make a spring like this?' in pursuit of new possibilities for thin plate springs, including prototypes and mass-produced items. We manufacture thin plate springs with improved work efficiency, high precision, and low cost through 'multi-forming' and 'progressive press' techniques, starting from a minimum thickness of 0.05mm. Wave washers and disc springs can have load calculations performed in-house. Please feel free to inquire. Available materials: Stainless steel (SUS301, SUS304) / Special steel (SK85, SAE1060) / Phosphor bronze (C5210) / Beryllium copper (C1720) and others upon consultation.
